It’s easy when u think of these 5 colours: white, yellow, green, red and black (or dark). Try to gather these veg food colours and u can make a delightful healthy meal! We can learn to make healthy yummy veg dishes from websites or cook-books from the library ;)

Through more reading or gathering information from the library or veg websites, we definitely can have our way of staying healthy and cruelty-free ;)
