It’s easy when u think of these 5 colours: white, yellow, green, red and black (or dark). Try to gather these veg food colours and u can make a delightful healthy meal! We can learn to make healthy yummy veg dishes from websites or cook-books from the library ;)

Lotus Soup :9
Add peanuts and red dates to make lotus soup :9 Red peanuts are preferable as they will become softer than ordinary ones. Yummy, wanna have one bowl after another! :9
